Hey Talita,
I am currently working on my Master Thesis for Master in International Development Policy at Duke University and have read a couple of your papers, and would like to contact you for more info, and advice. I am writing about SSC in LAC with focus on Arg, Brazil and Chile and the possibilities of scaling up aid through Triangular Coop. Would you pls provide me with an email so that I can send you more in detail? Thanks, I tried to send you an email to OECD but it came back!!!!

Thanks again,

Leandro Ragone
