Thank you for the welcome note. I work as K&L Focal point for the Humand Development Dept - here in LAC. South to South cooperation is always a top priority/objective whenever I am workiing with TTLs or sector managment on the concept of a knowledge sharing strategy. The most recent example regarding the Community of Practice of Early Childhood Development which aims at strengthenign the dialogue and access to information on ECD in the region and beyond. I am interested on rural development, and to create development on rural areas but from a "scientific data production approach” and facilitating the return of experts to rural and remote areas with the introduction of some ICT infrastructure.

Now days I am moving me and waiting for assisting a local development institute in CA4 region with projects and programs founded by Spain decentralized Government of Cantabria.
