Hello Aaron:

Thank you for the welcome note. I work as K&L Focal point for the Humand Development Dept - here in LAC. South to South cooperation is always a top priority/objective whenever I am workiing with TTLs or sector managment on the concept of a knowledge sharing strategy. The most recent example regarding the Community of Practice of Early Childhood Development which aims at strengthenign the dialogue and access to information on ECD in the region and beyond. Take a look: http://www.comunidadprimerainfancia.com
Similar examples, in the making, from the Health and Social Protection teams
Looking forward to continue learning and sharing on this innovative community
Cheers

Thanks for your invitation Aaron, I am trying to introduce me

Dear colleges

I am interested on rural development, and to create development on rural areas but from a "scientific data production approach” and facilitating the return of experts to rural and remote areas with the introduction of some ICT infrastructure.

>>in other words: I believe in to empower locals with information technologies as a complement for a rapid economy development, based on non farm incomes and employment generation, but considering gender and safety food focus.

Now days I am moving me and waiting for assisting a local development institute in CA4 region with projects and programs founded by Spain decentralized Government of Cantabria.

And Sincerely: sometimes I feel me lost trying to get in the cooperation sector with some private sector experiences, I hope with this forum we can find a chance to work together doing some projects. All my friends are in Niger, Senegal, Mali, Paraguay, Ecuador, Guatemala, Nicaragua... so I feel this is the beginning of a great networking
