New Faces in the OECD Crowd: "Partner" Participation and the Prospects for South-South Cooperation

Dear colleagues,

I wrote a couple of short pieces about HLF4 held in Busan a couple of weeks ago. They are posted on the Global Economic Governance Programme website: http://www.globaleconomicgovernance.org/

One deals specifically with "partner" participation in the OECD/DAC as well as the achievements of, and prospects for South-South and triangular cooperation:

It is based on my observations and understanding of the Task-Team's work. I hope that it reflects your experience, and suggests useful questions for the future of South-South and triangular cooperation. And I thank you for letting me in your circle at Busan, I had a very good and interesting time!

Reactions and comments are warly welcome - please send them to isa_berga@yahoo.fr

Finally, I wish you all a merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!
