From a Fledging donor to a powerhouse: Brazil development cooperation
The report synthesizes Brazil's development cooperation framework and institutional setting, and makes recommendations on how the Brazilian Cooperation Agency can improve its strategic focus and operations. The study was overseen by Columbia University Professor of Strategic Thinking and Management, Paul Thurman, and was produced by a team of graduate students from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University: Karin Vazquez, Andres Lalinde, Tatiana Cabral Schnurr and Xheni Shehu.
