Final Bogota Statement on South-South Cooperation and Capacity Development

The High Level Event on South-South Cooperation and Capacity Development in Bogota culminated with the release of the following 'Bogota Statement', issued by the Task Team on South-South Cooperation steering committee. The statement acknowledges the role of South-South cooperation in building capacity and advancing development.

The Bogota Statement outlines the process leading from Accra to the IV High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness in Seoul, 2011, and provides findings and recommendations stemming from research, analysis and discussion on effective South-South Cooperation.
