This draft paper has been elaborated by Rekib Ahmed and myself (both researchers and members of this community) and we are currently gathering feedback and suggestions on how to strengthen it from experts like you.
The objective of the paper is to give a new and alternative approach for CDM projects, and overcome some of the difficulties that the Kyoto Protocol process is going through. The idea is to build the foundation of an effective knowledge exchange system and strengthen the guarantees for stability and permanence of the CDM system.
We would really appreciate your comments and constructive criticisms of this idea. Your contributions are very welcome!
