Consultancy Announcement: Curriculum Development Specialist

This position for curriculum development specialist will lead the design and development of an instructionally sound and engaging online Management for Development Results (MfDR) training course for UNDP staff members. The course will include content covering programme and project management; results based management, gender analysis, capacity development, and other core themes essential to MfDR. It is intended to strengthen the capacity of UNDP’s programme staff and selected national counterparts/partners to undertake effective results-oriented programming. While not necessarily an expert on all content topics, the incumbent needs to have a very solid background on pedagogy / adult learning methodologies and proven expertise on leading and coordinating a diverse pool of (content) experts toward a shared goal
