African Regional Meeting on Aid Efectiveness, South South Cooperation and Capacity Develoment, March 2 to 5
As an outcome of the meeting, attending high level representatives of governments, cooperation agencies and civil society expect to ensure an adequate preparation to the late March High Level Event in Bogotá, which is a preparatory step to the 2011 HLF4 in Seoul.
