Armed Non- State Actors: A Threat to Global Security

Global Security, in all ages, has been the top priority of any regional or global alliance. United Nations' chief most objective, as enshrined in Article 1 of the UN Charter 1945, is the maintenance of world peace and Security. The Burgeoning growth of violent non-State Actors in the globalised world poses a huge threat to the United Nations, on the one hand and the the State-Soveriegnty on the other. Almost in every Developing Country, the militant and separatist organisations are working either to get liberation or to act as surrogates of the National Armies. They can turn their guns against their own country at any time. Thus they can access the 'Nukes'. once they occupy, no one can prevent them from pressing the triger. According to 'Global Trends: 2025, A Transformed world', the Non-State Actors would continue to pose threat to the world security. In view of the present scenario, What the Role World should play to keep the Global Security Intact.
