O Ministério das Relações Externas (MRE) do Brasil, conhecido como Itamaraty, divulgou nota à imprensa sobre o acordo de parceria assinado entre o MRE e o Instituto Brasileiro do Algodão (IBA) para o financiamento de programas de cooperação técnica voltados aos países em desenvolvimento produtores de algodão.
