En el marco del memorándum de entendimiento firmado entre el Gobierno Argentino, a través del Fondo Argentino de Cooperación Horizontal (FO-AR), y la OPS/OMS, técnicos del Instituto Nacional de Medicamentos de Argentina (INAME/ANMAT) capacitan a personal sanitario de República Dominicana con el fin de mejorar la fiscalización de medicamentos y fortalecer las funciones de la autoridad sanitaria reguladora de ese país.
