Hey Talita,
I am currently working on my Master Thesis for Master in International Development Policy at Duke University and have read a couple of your papers, and would like to contact you for more info, and advice. I am writing about SSC in LAC with focus on Arg, Brazil and Chile and the possibilities of scaling up aid through Triangular Coop.
