As part of the European Commission's reform of how it works with Technical Cooperation a website was created last year (www.capacity4dev.eu). Here you can find quite a number of studies, reports and articles about South-South Cooperation - it is part of the EC's reform to identify alternatives to traditional TA from Northern providers.
