Mexico’s cooperation law provides the creation of Mexico’s Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID). Mexico cooperation Law has been created with the propose to attend Mexico’s reality as Donor and Recipient. AMEXCID will promote technical, scientific, cooperation, as well as education, culture, economic and financial cooperation. AMEXCID will be an independent Agency part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
