Thoughts on Brokering Mechanism

The result from the recent survey on brokering mechanism for South-South Cooperation indicates that there is a high potential for SSC initiatives. This is constrained by lack of knowledge on “how to”, availability of information, high cost of maintenance and weak institutional capacities. These constraints affect the level and quality of supply of demanded support that the recipient partners expect.
