I saw that you created the health policy group. Great job! There is an increasing amount of conversation around health on the site. I will suggest those in the health sector to join your discussion group as I encounter them here. I would encourage you to do the same. Also, as with any group, it's helpful to have a leader - at least in the beginning - to help the group form and mature. You can lead a group in many ways, but some suggestions are -
1) find others interested in the nexus of health and South-South and invite them to join your group
2) initiate group conversations (can be a discussion post, or simply an article you find interesting)
3) pose questions to the group - challenge them to respond with insights and/ or related resources
