Here in Busan, at the High-Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness, there is strong momentum around South-South Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange. World Bank calls for global platform to facilitate South-South Exchanges

At the Global South-South Expo, organized by the UN in Washington DC on December 14-17, 2009, the World Bank Group called for a global platform to systematically facilitate south-south exhanges and coooperation.

India to Join Global South-South Knowledge Exchange Facility

October 4, 2009—India announced it will join a growing number of countries contributing to a World Bank financing facility that provides quick, just-in-time funding for developing countries to share their knowledge and expertise.
