The OECD DAC Working Party on Aid Effectiveness (WP-EFF) is much more than a Working Party. The Accra Agenda for Action (AAA) sets out three broad challenges: strengthening country ownership; building more effective partnerships; and delivering and accounting for development results. With recent structural changes and a revised work plan in light of Accra, the WP-EFF is establishing itself as the international partnership on aid effectiveness.

The UNEP South-South Cooperation Unit is carrying out an evaluation of the South-South Cooperation Exchange Mechanism (www.unep.org/south-south-cooperation) to assess user experiences and needs, with the objective of providing insight on how to better promote South-South cooperation activities related to environment and sustainable development. As a South-South Opportunity member, you were invited to explore and get involved with the UNEP SSC Exchange Mechanism. Based on this, we are conducting an on-line survey to seek your valuable input focusing on:
(a) the quality of various aspects of the platform (appearance, navigation, content, etc.)
