First Subregional Workshop for Cooperation Effectiveness in LAC - Caribbean chapter at Barbados

This two day workshop is part of the preparatory process for the fourth High-Level Forum on Aida Effectiveness (HL-4) hosted by the Republic of Korea in November 2011.
