1)Mechanism of constructive exchange of information & learning on different Humanitarian Challenges facing the globe such as climate change, HIV-aids, Road Safety, Food Security, Water Supply, etc. with a view to facilitate a consnsus resolution.
2) Way forward for creation of livelihood through distance learning cooperation and collaboration model supported by joint financing to alleviate poverty and reduce the the rich and the poor divide.
