3. How can you share evidence of South-South Cooperation within Aid Effectiveness?

The core of the TT-SSC’s activity is building an evidence base for mapping south-south cooperation practices in the context of aid effectiveness. The following three channels for sharing experiences and evidence have been opened for you (as a country or multilateral institution) to become part of the analytical work of the TT-SSC:

- You would like to share valuable experiences in a short description of your case to be presented in the South-South in Practice website which will culminate in an event during the HLE Colombia;
- You would like to conduct a study on your case looking into South-South cooperation in the context of aid effectiveness;
- You would like to share available or on-going cases, project and analytical work on SSC.

A specific call for cases will be circulated in November 2009. Deeper case studies will be selected from submitted cases on the basis of the following criteria:

1. The proposals should address South-South technical cooperation among two or more governments which express interest in conducting the case study.
2. The project should have taken place within the last five years, preferably the last two years.
3. Detailed information on the process (planning, implementation and outcomes) as well as the stakeholders of the case should be already available and/or quickly accessible.
To submit a case, go to www.southsouthcases.info. The deadline for submitting cases is Friday, February 12.
