For me Knowledge is to know about the facts, discovery of facts, way of utilization of facts and use is to provide the method to implement that knowledge for the social wellbeing. A frame of knowledge gives a way to explore on how knowledge creating organizations, know, collect, discover and dissimilate the knowledge. In my environmental research I follow the SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination and Internalization) Spiral approach, along with the assumption that Knowledge and learning are integral parts of the overall organizational strategy, which has been seen in the knowledge management frame. In addition to that, I also see the opportunity to apply the Hats approach (White hat, Red hat, Black hat, Yellow hat, Green hat and Blue hat) in the knowledge management system because it plays the role of a neutral forum for governments and its other allies. I see the importance of implementation of blue hat approach in this system, which is the need of contemporary complicated world- which establishes the notion of thinking about thinking. As see in the literature, an organization uses information strategically in three areas: to make sense of change in its environment; to create new knowledge for innovation; and to make decisions about courses of action (Choo 1996). I believe in team work with the application of coordination and collaborative approaches and prefer to involve all concern stakeholders in utilizing the current tools i.e. eHealth, Internal Communications, Web, Intranet and Extranet, for the Virtual Collaboration and Communities of Practice, and Knowledge Transfer Teams within the Entity. Collaborative approach is essential to  identify and analyze the Organization's technical information interests and needs; develop virtual collaboration tools and methodologies, policies and services within the context of the areas of responsibility in the knowledge management system which helps search for and evaluate information in order to make important decisions. It applies the rational choices, which can be helpful to obtain its healthy world goals, provide feasible alternatives and holds value in the contemporary globalized world (which helps to understand the interconnectedness global health related problems). Organizational learning is embedded within the broader frame of how organizational members engaging in processes designed to transfer and/or improve existing skills and routines. In the theoretical lenses, it can be viewed as the process of organizational communications, embedded on the principles of organizational learning, which requires identifying various organizational audiences, appropriate content and means of communication with them and needing to recognize the importance of good organizational communication in the successful implementation of strategic plans (IFUW 2009).

Having been engaged in community development efforts since the age of nine, when I participated in a road rest house building committee, I have experienced first-hand the challenges of addressing the integrated problems of health risk, environmental sustainability, poverty, social justice, equality, and empowerment of indigenous peoples, which helped me think on how knowledge can be acquired by using learning by doing approaches.  As you will see in the attached materials about my work, I also have gained theoretical and practical experience in studying the fundamentally social basis of organizational knowledge management.  Founding and directing an international non-governmental organization (INGO) focused on the environment induced health risk, as well as working with numerous other INGOs and governments at every level, have allowed me to hone an extensive, related skill set in areas as diverse as non-profit management, especially in preparing strategic plans; establishing strong working relationships with potential funding agencies; preparing technical and funding proposals; establishing internal, national, and international collaborative networks; program, project, and staff administration; program and project monitoring and evaluation; and budgeting and budget management.

I agree that developing world has extensive knowledge however; there is a need for exploration and publication of such knowledge. As team we can do so, I am happy for the further discussion.
