However, the intended purpose can only be achieved through involvement of individuals, who form part of the government and organizations. Besides, a cause such as this requires public awareness among south-south nations without which the true objective of the exercise would remain far from being fulfilled. Hence, it may be a good idea to consider to have a special forum for exchange of experience and expertise involving willing individuals and a specific agenda could be drawn up in line with the theme of south-south cooperation.
