Dear colleagues,

The High Level Event on South-South Cooperation (SSC) and Capacity Development (CD) will take place 24-26 March in Bogota. SSC can be very different from traditional N-S aid programmes, yet also uses similar modalities such as technical assistance and training. Both have been under intense review in recent years and are here the topic of two discussion notes for the Bogota HLE. Exploring the potential of South-South Cooperation in light of existing lessons is the rational for these discussion notes. There also is a third discussion paper focusing on the nexus between SSC and capacity development by Talaat Abdel Malek.

WE INVITE YOUR REVIEW COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS
