Significant trends in SSC
I am drafting a report providing an overview of South South Cooperation in the 2009-2011 period.
The period was significant because developing economies continued to grow while the developed world sank into recession. That has never happened since Europeans created the first globalized world economy. It was possible only because of the dynamism of SS trade.
What else was significant about SSC during these three years? Any notable departures from past practice?
