Of course is a good practice, because it permit to have a found for cooperation, to get very clear the strategies for cooperation and for the regions you will support, and i thing to have an agency give you the possibility to specify your focal point.

I totally agree with your arguments. However, something that is clear for everybody seams not to be supported by any authority or International Organization around the world. OCDE or UN should make a statement regarding this important issue. At least in my view is necessary to endorse those Countries that are taking these important steps.

Younas, are you sure about what you said: I have seen a large empirical literature illustrates that foreign aid exhibits a zero effect on growth or any other indicators of poverty in poor nations? Why?

respected sir, we are those people who just wanna criticism in negative way only on foreign policy. if foreign aid is given to
reduce poverty in developing n least developing countries the mechanism of government which without applying minds n in personal n political interest use it in a wrong way
